Prof. Helmut Wagner and Linda Glawe were at the Second World Congress of Comparative Economics in St. Petersburg

Prof. Helmut Wagner and Linda Glawe were at the Second World Congress of Comparative Economics in St. Petersburg on June 17-19, 2017, and presented their three papers. Prof. Wagner presented his new paper “On the (non)sustainability of China’s development strategies- Are China’s Development Strategies Sustainable?”, and Linda Glawe presented two joint papers with Prof. Wagner on “A Stylized Model of China’s Growth Since 1978” and on “China in the Middle-Income Trap?” (which just came out as the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) Working Paper No. 749). Prof. Wagner also was the chair of a session on “Prospects for Growth of the Chinese Economy”.
